Parish Food Bank, Hot Meals, and Joseph House: Corporal Works of Mercy
As we approach Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, we remind parishioners, friends, and the general public of the corporal works of mercy occurring each week in the St Clair Avenue neighborhood due to either financial support to St Vitus, generosity of volunteers. Or BOTH!!
Each month for the past 33+ years the parish food pantry provides food baskets to seniors or those in need, normally the third Wednesday each calendar month in the lower church hall from 11:00AM to 12:30PM. Over 600,000 pounds of food have been provided the past 33+ years.
The hot meal program is available to any person, normally the third Saturday each calendar month in the parish auditorium Social Room. We partner with st Paschal Baylon Helping Hands Ministry. The meal is available from 11:30AM to 1:00PM.
Joseph House of Cleveland Inc is located at 6018 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44103. The clothing distribution occurs on Wednesday and Friday each week, normally form 11:30AM to 1:00PM.
