Holy Week 2021 begins with the beautiful Slovenian tradition of carrying butare on Palm Sunday. An extended invitation to all who come to the Saturday 4:00PM Mass (Mar. 27, 2021) or Sunday Masses at 9:00AM and 10:30AM (Mar. 28, 2021): enjoy delicious pastry, coffee, and OJ in the new parish hall AFTER these weekend Masses and view the work in progress in the new parish hall, directly across the street from St. Vitus Church.

Holy Week continues at St. Vitus Church in the following:

MAR. 31, 2021: Tenebrae Service- Evening service of hymns and prayers in words. 7:30PM.

APR. 1, 2021: Holy Thursday—Mass of the Lord’s Supper- 7:30PM. Adoration of Blessed Sacrament in Church, 8:30PM-to-9:30PM.

APR. 2, 2021: Good Friday. Stations of The Cross- 3:00PM. Celebration of The Lord’s Passion and Death- 7:30PM.

APR. 3, 2021: Holy Saturday – Blessing of Easter Food- 1:00PM AND 3:00PM. Easter Vigil Mass/Service- 7:30PM.

APR. 4, 2021: Easter Sunday- Mass of Resurrection and Procession – 7:00AM. And Mass For Parishioners and Benefactors – 10:00AM.

NOTE: Use the new permeable paver church parking lot directly across the street from St. Vitus Church, 6019 Lausche Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44103. Secured parking during Holy Week.
